Exceptional Heritage Restoration in the Heart of Verdun

As part of this project, our team carried out the complete demolition of the brick wall followed by its full reconstruction, ensuring strict adherence to heritage-grade materials and traditional architectural techniques. Every element—brick layout, material selection, lintels, sills, and ornamental details—was carefully reproduced to preserve the building’s original character while delivering optimal strength and durability.

In addition to the masonry work, we demolished the existing balconies to correct structural and functional deficiencies. The slopes were fully re-leveled to ensure proper drainage and prevent water accumulation. Afterwards, the soffits and fascias were reinstalled in harmony with the original aesthetic, resulting in a clean finish that meets all heritage standards.

The use of specialized equipment, including the telescopic forklift visible on site, reflects the scale and precision required for this type of intervention, both for material handling and installation.
