Description
Demolition and cleaning of existing bricks
Restoration of reinforced concrete foundations and installation of 20mm reinforcements with Hilti 200
The wall includes a Tyvek barrier, 3M self-adhesive membrane, BL 312 anchor, St Marc stone sills
Removing rotten wood and replacing it with lined wood (dry spruce)
Raising balconies with a slope of 4%
Complete pressure cleaning
